Returns & Complaints Policy

Compliant with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Polish Consumer Rights Act (Dz.U. 2014, item 827)

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Digital Products (e-books, PDFs, audiobooks)

You may withdraw within 14 days from the date of purchase, unless you select one of the following options:

  • "PRINT EDITION + PDF"

  • "PDF DOWNLOAD ONLY"

By selecting either option and downloading the PDF, you explicitly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the PDF has been downloaded.

Important: If you have downloaded the PDF, we do not accept returns of the physical guide (PRINT EDITION), as the content has already been accessed.

If you have not downloaded the PDF, your right of withdrawal remains valid for 14 days.

Physical Products

You may withdraw within 14 days from the day you receive the product(s).
 If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period starts from receiving the last item.

To withdraw, please notify us clearly by e-mail or post.
 Refunds, including the standard delivery cost (the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice — provided we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
 Please ensure that items are securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipment.

Complaints

All products must be free from defects.
 If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report all issues to:

In your complaint, please include:

  • your order number or proof of purchase,

  • a description of the problem,

  • your preferred resolution (replacement, repair, refund, or price reduction).

For digital products, please provide information about the file and the device used.
 Photos or screenshots help speed up the complaint process.

We aim to respond within 14 days.
 If additional information is needed, this period starts once complete details are received.
 Refunds are made by bank transfer or the original payment method.
